A outstanding service from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful team to ensure the booking was the best I could get. Excellent tracking service during the journey. Perfect timing and professional driver.

Exceptional Same-Day Courier Service

Birmingham Same Day provided an exceptional service when I urgently needed important documents delivered to the DHL International Depot before the 19:00 cut-off time.

I contacted Birmingham Same Day at 17:00 and explained the urgency. I was immediately assured that they could meet the deadline. By 17:15, the driver was outside our office with the documents, and by 18:30, the parcel had been safely handed over to DHL reception.

Considering this was a 10-mile journey on a Friday during peak traffic, I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service.

I would also like to highlight Chelsea, who handled the booking exceptionally well. She was responsive, professional and efficient throughout, giving me confidence that the delivery was in safe hands.

An excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I experienced such wonderful, friendly service from Chelsea at Birmingham Same Day! She was not only lovely to talk to but also worked with me to ensure all my needs were met when booking the courier service I needed. She gave me honest advice which I felt I could trust. We are also a charity so finding good value for money is really important and I felt like this was taken into account. I'll definitely be using this company again. Thanks Chelsea!

Excellent service. Fast and efficient. I had to get some samples last minute from London to Cardiff and in minutes of reaching out I was on the phone with Josh organising it. He kept me up to date and checked in after my parcels had been delivered. Everything went incredibly smoothly and was reasonably priced.

Really efficient service, good communication

I used Same day courier today and CHELSEA was very helpful, rang me within a couple of minutes of starting their enquiry through their website and it was an easy transaction and my order was collected and delivered within 2 hours. Highly reccomend using Chelsea and Same Day Couriers. :)

We had a genuinely urgent situation where some important parts had to be delivered for a service job the following day.
By around 11am, booking with the larger courier companies we regularly use, such as DHL, TNT and FedEx, was no longer a realistic option. Driving there ourselves would also have meant losing a lot of valuable time on the road.
I started looking for a same-day courier service and found several possible options through Google, including Birmingham Same Day. I then worked through the list one by one to see who could realistically help at such short notice.
With some of the other companies, I was not fully comfortable with the communication, as their replies gave me a slight feeling that the process might not be as organised as we needed for an urgent delivery.
Birmingham Same Day stood out straight away. Their communication was clear, calm and professional, and it immediately felt like they understood the urgency and knew exactly how to handle it.
From the very first contact through to the delivery of our box of important parts, everything was handled perfectly. The collection and delivery were both completed exactly as needed, and the full process took just under two hours from collection to delivery.
I am absolutely satisfied with the service and genuinely feel that every penny spent was fully justified. I would definitely recommend Birmingham Same Day to others and will happily use them again when we need urgent courier support.

Had to have a parcel delivered same day, Max our new account manager was brilliant. Talked me through the process and the parcel arrived on time. Will absolutely be using these again. Balens Ltd, Malvern

Long story, bit of a drama, had a 60kg tube of steel to move at short notice from Hammersmith to Nottingham. Marley was superb setting the job up, driver turned up on time, collected item, then drive it to Nottingham the next day. Will use these guys again next time I am in a pickle !

The experience was very smooth and easy, Jordan helped me every step of the way and made it such a simple process!

I found Birmingham Same Day on the internet, placed an order and received the parcel within 5hrs from 125miles away. I was blown away with the efficiency and will be using them going forwards. The driver was very polite and the estimated time of delivery was within 4 minutes, such a good order confirmation process.

Perfectly executed agreement (luggage transportation on a staged walking trip). Thanks also to Marley for his thoughtful and professional service.

Excellent from start to finish. Dale was super attentive, polite and couldn't do enough to help me. Thanks guys!
